The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing tenders, particularly focusing on Portuguese, Spanish and Italian markets. This role requires a strong understanding of the tendering process, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Spanish or Italian languages.Key Responsibilities:Tender Management: Identify, review, and respond to tender opportunities in Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian markets. Coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines. This person can always support any other tender in different regionsProposal Development: Develop comprehensive and competitive proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new tender opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in European markets.Sales Support: Support the sales team by preparing presentations, documentation, and contracts.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tender submissions, proposals, and customer interactions. Prepare regular reports on tender activities and outcomes.Compliance: Ensure all tender submissions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Qualifications:University degree in Law, Business Administration or equivalent.Experienced in Spanish and Italian public tendering.Fluent in Spanish or Italian is a must.Location: Currently based in Spain or Italy.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
