Your place in the team  The Test Analyst will own the functional test planning and UAT designing process of the projects they are allocated to.
During test execution Test Analyst will coordinate test experts and represent testing during defect reviews and war rooms, also need to participate in the test execution.
They will be responsible for project’s functional quality aligned selected delivery model (Waterfall or agile) and for the holistic validation of requested business requirements.
Test Analyst will work closely with Program and Delivery managers and will represent testing needs on a project/program level.
You will be involved in the following tasks   Test Design •Understanding new product development items’ functionality, system capabilities and high level designs •Collect all useful information which can be used as a test basis •Cooperate with Business and IT participants and Vendors  •Extracting functional requirements and create step by step test calendar according to the planned functionalities  •Design E2E test calendars according to business requirements and system capabilities •Prepare sanity instances and regression test suite •Set up test execution test plan and sequence  •Properly administrate test case and defect status during execution  •Prepare test data and test data request based on the test execution scope •Present new project capabilities and completed test calendar to peers   Test Execution •Confirmation that the system under test is compliant with all the gathered business requirements   •Execute business tests (sanity, UAT, live test and in special cases FUT) according to test calendar •Coordinate test expert during test execution and help smooth test execution •Administrate every discrepancies from expected results and the results of test instances  •Maintain and update test cases in test management tool Defect management •Entering and tracking of UAT defects in test management tool, linking them to relevant test cases •Represent business request and functionality during defect review meetings  •Help and support delivery team to investigate defect’s root cause and in troubleshooting •Determine side effects of fixes and cover them with test cases during retest   Reporting •Support defect manager and/or defect triage lead by providing information about defects and emphasize their side effects if there is any  •Provide information for go / no go decision preparation  We are looking for you if you have •Completed BSC/ MSC degree •ISTQB CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation level) certification •3+ year experience in IT or fix network test design and planning / as business analyst in a multinational company •3+ year experience in testing / in business related areas (Retail, CC etc…) in a multinational company •Fluent English and Native Hungarian What we offer    •Cafeteria package & annual bonus   •Laptop & mobile phone (with unlimited voice and data tariff package)   •Hybrid way of working (working from home / from the office)  •Corporate Health Insurance  •Wellbeing program in the topics of sport, nutrition, relax and help (spiritual support)   •4 paid days leave/year for charity projects   •Other discounts (e.
