TIBCO DEVELOPER (100% REMOTE)

A technology company specialized in IT services and products, founded on the talent and skills of our people, more than 3600 professionals developing technology with soul.We are looking for a candidate with good TIBCO Products (TIBCO BusinessWorks, iProcess and EMS) experience. TIBCO Products BPM team supports multiple critical applications and this opportunity is to join the team providing 24*7 support of multiple Category A systems.MANDATORY SKILLS-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English-Good understanding on TIBCO BusinessWorks, iProcess and EMS-Experience in managing thin & thick clients for Staffware using TIBCO iProcess Modeler and case administration.-Carrying out root cause analysis and severity analysis of Pre & Production issues.-Deployment of procedures from Pre-Production & Production environment and staging through export/import iProcess library files.-Experience in supporting and administering multiple TIBCO administration domains and multiple TIBCO BW integrations (BW 5.X & BW 6.x) deployed in the domains.-Managing SNOW incidents & Change requests.-Experience in overseeing patching and upgrade work for TIBCO suite applications (TIBCO BW, TIBCO iProcess & MQ servers) to ensure security and stability and co-ordination with different teams.-Involved in logging, monitoring and statistics facilities to effectively view system activities and track system performance using SNOW, Dynatrace & confluence.-Supporting the weekend Release activities.-Experience on working with UNIX commands.QUALITIES- Team player- Energetic, motivated and determined- Pragmatic and results-oriented- Adaptable to diverse set of technical responsibilities- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills- Productive and able to manage time effectivelyNº YEARS OF EXPERIENCE4 yearsA bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, etc.) or equivalent work experiencePlexus Tech maintains a firm commitment to the company's Equality policies.
