- - Weekly rotating schedules.
- 36-hour weekly contract.
Monday to Saturday, 6 hours per day.
Sundays off.
- Experience in a similar role (luxury or premium retail).
- Experience in stores within stores (El Corte Inglés).
- High level of English.
B2 - C1.
What you can expect.
- Provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
- Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve the store's sales targets and individual KPI indicators.
- Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions.
- Be able to answer inquiries about price, location, features, benefits, and usage of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
- Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
- Optimize product knowledge to recommend and draw customer attention to products in order to maximize sales opportunities.

- Proven experience in retail sales and tailoring in a luxury brand environment.
- Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
- Always presents a professional image.
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully.
- Professionalism maintained in all circumstances.
- Fluent in English or another language.
