The ideal candidate must meet the following essential characteristics.
- Previous experience as Assistant Store Manager in Retail; Premium or Luxury from 3-5 years.
- Previous experience working with high turnover volumes; working in outlets.
- Experience managing staff; Staffing comprised of pax.
- Advising the customer and ensuring that established standards are met.
- Guaranteeing customer loyalty and shopping experience.
- Understanding, analyzing and communicating business reports, results to the team and making decisions to achieve the established KPIs.
- Knowledge of the product and the brand and ensuring team training.
- Optimize product display alongside Visual Merchandising and the Store Manager.
- Ensure that the store facilities are in perfect condition.
- On-site position; located in La Roca del Valles Barcelona, ​​possibility of working on-site daily.

What you can expect.
In your role as an Assistant Store Manager, you act as an inspirational role model and support the Store Manager to monitor and manage all store areas and team members in the KPI achievement with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service.
- Full responsibility of all store areas and team members in the absence of the Store Manager and any operational tasks connected with this - Support the Store Manager in the recruiting process, staff planning and performance measurement - Responsible for driving the team to achieve the location’s performance targets and KPIs - Implement and maintain a customer centric mindset to build a loyal customer base - Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed - Build and maintain awareness of our competitors and local markets by sharing any relevant findings with your Store Manager and retail team   Your profile.
