The role within CDSThe role will hold a key position as a member of the CDS, Human Resources Regional Functional team. We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to lead the Compensation and Benefits programme across the EMEA region.The position will report to the CDS Head of HR and will involve working alongside the Country HR Managers within CDS.As the Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for the designing, producing, maintaining, and innovating all compensation and benefits programs and processes across CDS, ensuring their successful delivery. The candidate will support the other HR functions, HR Country teams and business areas with consulting advice and analysis.In addition to this, the incumbent will be responsible for providing HR business partnering support to a regional business unit. The successful candidate will have previous experience in consultancy, preferably within the IT industry.Good project management skills are also key for this role, as multiple stakeholders will need to be managed to ensure timely program delivery and successful implementation. What needs to be achieved and key responsibilities:Apply expertise as the Total Rewards Practice Lead to innovate, design and implement the best programs to meet employee and business needs.Maintain and update the Total Rewards policies.Full ownership of the innovation and maintenance of Job Architecture; recommending appropriate job levelling based on the job architecture framework and business input.Provide local HR teams with guidance and assistance regarding alignment with CDS Compensation standards and programs.Partner with local HR teams to analyse career paths and provide guidance on organisational structure for levelling and new jobs.Own and maintain salary market data through various databases e.g. Conduct job matching/pricing activities, administer outcomes, and provide annual country-specific input for salary market updates.Manage the performance evaluation programs and tools.Manage the annual salary review process whilst working closely with multiple key stakeholders and Senior Managers across the business. Create educational communications materials that are consistent across CDS.Support with the recognition program; own the day-to-day activities associated with the platform, managing queries and reporting.Proactively identifying and recommending improvements to policies and processes.Up to date working knowledge of the IT market and reward practices within the IT / high-tech industry. Be able to use this data to design and deliver programs aligned to the company total reward strategy.Stay up to date on compensation trends and market practices.Assist the CDS Head of HR in other project/activity where required.Opportunity to Business Partner for one of our exciting Business Units, providing hands on experience within a global and complex environment.Key attributes will include:A minimum of 5 years professional experience as a Compensation /Total Rewards Specialist, preferably with experience in consultancy.Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and trends.Strong background in roles definition and Job Architecture development and progression.Strong systematic understanding of total rewards systems, as well as other HR management systems such as Workday.Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills.Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.Strong sense of customer, proactive, enthusiastic to learn, self-motivated, open minded professional.Fluent in English language – written and spoken.
