TPRM SLB - AnalystDescriptionThe Third-Party Management function is responsible for ensuring the implementation of an effective management Model and appropriate controls to enable the business to engage Third Parties and Outsourced service providers in line with Corporate Framework and UK regulatory expectations” Experience of working in a TPRM environment (A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a variety of vendor risks management rolesAnalytical and organisational skillsManaging relationships and engaging both internal and external stakeholders at different levels of seniorityExperience and understanding of Third-Party Risk and control concepts, with extensive Vendor ManagementRisk AssessmentAssist the Business in the completion of the Engagement requestProvide the TPRM review, challenge and approval for ERsProvide TPRM review, challenge and approval of all PRs raised AssuranceExecute the quarterly control sample and other assurance testing activities and reporting to evidence compliance with the Corporate TPRM Model and applicable regulationsMonitor the tracking of remediation activitiesManage the Change Management log and execution of actions Governance ReportingCoordinate the monthly reporting of Heracles Metrics, RAS metrics, WatchlistCoordinate the monthly reporting and maintenance of the various TPRM inventories to meet both Corporate Model, SCIB requirements and UK regulatory requirementsManage reporting of Third-Party risk controls and associated processCoordinate the monthly SLB TPRM & Outsourcing Governance meeting - preparation of meeting packs, tracking of actions and minutes reportingCoordinate the monthly SLB NFR reporting AdminManage the TPRM Shared driveManage the inventory and periodic refresh of Policies, Standards and guidance documentsManage the SLB TPRM SharePoint siteManage the TPRM Shared inbox – responding to queries from stakeholders and escalating to relevant team members as appropriateOther Ad-hoc admin tasks as necessary
