TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Trade Dealer Marketing Specialist. As a key member within the Marketing department of our subsidiary established in Spain, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies aimed at supporting our network of dealers.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Create the yearly TDM plan and develop/implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to support our dealer network.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales for our dealers.Creativity: review and ensure all materials used by dealer network is aligned with the brand guidelines.Agencies: work closely with agencies to ensure the minimum quality required to communicate the brand within the network.Guidelines: create and develop the brand guidelines in terms of creativity, channels and events for the dealer network.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product Management, Branding, Digital and Advertising, to ensure alignment and effective communication.Training and Support: Provide training and support to dealers on marketing initiatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools for success. Explanation of the monthly campaigns to the network.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, track competitor activities, and stay informed about industry trends.Budget Management: Manage the TDM budget efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of resources for maximum impact.Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and product launches in collaboration with dealerships (product placements, local motor shows, sponsorships, dealers opening…) and follow up of the calendar (events, car loans and so on).Reporting: Generate regular reports on marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement from Dealers perspective. Yearly marketing plan from network required.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in marketing, economics, or business management.Professional experience: 3-5 years proven experience in trade marketing roles, automotive industry is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of dealer network dynamics in automotive or similar markets.Proficient in marketing tools, analytics, and budget management.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through; High organizational skills, self-motivation, proactive and dynamic.Office package: Word, Excel, PPT advanced.Language: Native Spanish and Professional English level.Frequent travel.Photoshop is a plus.We inform you that OMODA MOTORS SPAIN S.L., a company with its registered office in Modulo 1 de la planta baja, Avda.
