Minor Hotels is a global hospitality group operating over 540 hotels, resorts and residences in 56 countries in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe and the Americas.As a hotel owner, operator and investor, Minor Hotels fulfils the needs and desires of today’s global travellers through its diverse portfolio of eight hotel brands – Anantara, Avani, Elewana, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, Oaks and Tivoli.As part of Minor Hotels, the region of Minor Europe and the Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.MAIN FUNCTIONS (Direct report to the Trade Marketing Director):Support in the execution of the company’s Trade Marketing plansDevelop and execute different materials in cooperation with the Brand Marketing department and agencies such as: brochures, flyers, banners, e-mailings and presentations.Drive innovation and advancement within the area by exploring and implementing cutting-edge tools and solutions.Support the team in the planning and execution of different international Trade Shows and Trade Events.Source and coordinate new Merchandising products in collaboration with agencies and international supplier.Support B2B Digital Marketing.Support the Trade Marketing team in the day-to-day business operations.EXPERIENCEFirst work experience in Marketing, ideally in a multinational company.EDUCATIONMarketing, Tourism Management or Business Administration degree requiredSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE Excellent knowledge of English is a must (spoken and written).Very good working knowledge of Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of digital, graphic and online collaboration tools is a plus.Able to manage multiple projects at a time and ability to adapt easily in fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
