We believe in the power of action.We are currently looking for a Trainer to work in Barcelona for one of our main clients.What will you do?Planning, development and delivery of training to ensure compliance.Updating the quality plan according to the Client's requirements.Reporting feedback to service management.Elaboration of quality reports and evaluation of compliance with the quality objective.Proposing improvement actions to ensure compliance with quality, among other specific tasks to the job position.What do we require?Advanced degree or university degree.English: C2, level test will be carried out.Experience of at least 6 months in the Contact Centre sector and in the functions described.Availability to work in Barcelona.Change management, communication skills (oral/written), interpersonal skills and analytical skills.It would be advantageous to have an official certificate of disability.What do we offer?Joining a company with international presence, leader in the sector and in full expansion.Indefinite full-time contract from 12.00 to 21.00.Salary according to Agreement.Training and career plan with a view to improving expertise and potential.If you are looking for professional development in a leading company in the sector, with international presence and a dynamic environment: This is your opportunity.We want to meet you!
