Multimodal mobility solutions for operators to cover all missions: Passenger and Freight.This hybrid position is based in Madrid with flexible remote and office working.We are looking for a Training & Commissioning Expert!MissionAs a Training & Commissioning Expert you will join the Engineering team and be responsible for assembling electromechanical systems and creating comprehensive technical documentation. This role also involves operating the assembled systems, providing training to external clients, and mentoring team members.Main Responsibilities/ChallengesAssembly of Electromechanical Systems:Assemble and commission complex electromechanical systems related to electric vehicles.Ensure all systems meet quality standards and operational requirements.Sensor Installation:Install and integrate sensors for autonomous and teleoperated vehicles.Work on sensor systems within driving centers and other operational environments.Technical Documentation:Create detailed technical documentation for assembly and disassembly processes.Develop user manuals and training materials for external clients and internal use.System Operation:Operate and troubleshoot assembled electromechanical systems.Ensure optimal performance and address any technical issues promptly.Training and Mentorship:Provide training sessions to external clients on system operation and maintenance.Mentor and train internal team members in system assembly and operation procedures.Collaboration:Work closely within the engineering team and with product development teams to improve system designs.Participate in project planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsTechnical qualification in Electrics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields.3-5 years of experience In a similar position. Commisioning:Experience with the installation and integration of sensors and actuators.Hands-on experience in operating and troubleshooting electromechanical systems.General knowledge of electric vehicles and their components.Training:Technical writing skills with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle complex and unexpected situations.Availability to travel (20%). Driving license. DesirableBasic knowledge in general purpose programming language.Experience with Linux operating systems.Basic knowledge of networks configuration.Additional certifications or training in electronics or software development. LanguagesEnglish: At least B2. Spanish: At least C1.
