TRAINING COORDINATOR

Our client, a Foundation belonging to a prestigious Sports Club, needs to incorporate a Sports Training Coordinator (football and basketball), to join the Foundation's staff on a stable basis.The selected person will be responsible for:• Develop new training content, under the supervision of the Technicians Responsible and Area Management.• Collaborate in the development of training (workshops, courses, OTT platform, individual training, etc.)• Carry out an evaluation visit to the sports projects, to define the training needs of the staff.• Develop innovative online training proposals for teachers.• Organize and develop the necessary face-to-face, continuous and online international training.• Provide the Training Days that are planned, adapting them to the level of the attendees.• Collaborate in the development of content for the OTT platform, Sports Values ​​Academy TV (ladders, resource management, video editing, images, etc.)• Translation of the necessary internal teaching materials (presentations, training sessions, etc.)• Help if necessary in the organization and development of Congresses, Courses, Conferences and internal training workshops• Attend and actively participate in all the monthly meetings of the Training Area and the meetings that are required for the improvement of the area.• Make improvement proposals for the projects, training and operation of the Area.Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, Primary Education with a major in Physical Education or Psychology with a specialty in education. • High level of English and Chinese, demonstrable written and oral experience.• Knowledge of other languages ​​such as Portuguese or Arabic will be valued. • Minimum 5 years experience as a sports coordinator, coach in football, basketball or adapted or inclusive sports. • Experience as a teacher at a university and/or in training centers.It will be essential to have:• Availability to travel frequently nationally/internationally. • Flexible hours, including work on weekends and holidays.Possessing a PhD degree related to education through sport and/or a specialized master's degree in Education, Research, Specialization in Sports, Adapted and Inclusive Sports or Educational Psychology will be highly valued. Also be in possession of a qualification as a football or basketball coach and multidisciplinary training in values, methodology, attention to diversity, football, basketball, inclusive sports, neurodidactics and/or psychology. Experience as a researcher in values, education, football and/or basketball and/or functional diversity and participation as an organizer of training sessions and events will also be valued.
