What will you do? The primary objective of this internship is to collaborate and support the Training & Development Supply Chain Europe Manager in the Training People & Development Supply Chain Europe Priority Program initiatives.
These include.
Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform Develop training material for Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform.
Create communication plan to enable the usage of Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform in the sites.
Collaborate with pre-identified sites to implement the Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform.
Define a process to provide timely feedback to Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform users.
Coordinate and organize sessions with Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform users to create a network of Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform Subject Matter Experts.
Proactively propose process improvement ideas to enable a smooth implementation of the platform in different sites.
Administrative actions related to the tool deployment.
Training & Development Process and analyse data with critical view to support training and development processes aimed at the contribution to Europe Supply Chain goals.
Promote, coordinate and organize trainings for Europe Supply Chain teams.
Track attendance, feedback surveys, follow up actions of the sessions.
Contribute to the content development of the trainings – storytelling approach.
Administrative actions related to Training & Development when needed.
In summary, provide general support to other Europe Supply Chain Training & Development related programs including data collection and processing, presentations development, reporting, tracking, emailing.
The ideal candidate will have skills and experience to include.
Student or recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree/master’s Ability to work in complex and international environments.
Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
