Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting a Transition NFVI SPOC to join their business in Spain.Position Title:Transition NFVI SPOCPosition Type:PermanentStart Date:ASAPLocation:Madrid, Spain (hybrid)Contact:Tamara | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 74Job Description:The Level 1 NFVI SPOC is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to level 1 nvfi .This includes ensuring effective operation, meeting organizational objectives, and managing relevant tasks and projects.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the level 1 nfvi team.Develop and implement strategies and policies for level 1 nfvi .Monitor performance and implement improvements.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.8-5, rest on call mode of working (24 Hrs support)Single Point of Contact for customer for Technical program governance, Route cause analysis, meetings, reporting etc for Video domainQualifications:Bachelor's degree in the Telco/IT field.Extensive experience in level 1 nfvi .Strong leadership and management skills.Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools: HP, ERICSSON, DELL, REDHAT OPENSTACK / OPENSHIFT, UBUNTU, SUSE, A10, ERISTA (PLURIBUS), JUNIPER, CISCO, NEXENTA.NOC Operations experience is must (L1 Monitoring and L2 Support)Spanish & English professional level speaking candidates
