TREASURY EXPERT

We are looking for a Treasury Expert to join our Finance team. He/ She will develop following responsibilities:Position and follow-up of the company treasury.Daily management of cash flow and treasury operations. Solving problems encountered in daily operations and contributing in the process of evaluating,recommending and implementing cash management solutions.Daily bank reconciliation and posting.Executing payment transactions of the company.Preparation of monthly reports, updating actual and forecasted Cash Flow statements reports.Managing the company’s FX transactions.Giving support to all departments about treasury related issues.Tracking and solving of reconciling item incidents.Support in implementing Cash Management structures and/or treasuryoptimizing.Anticipate the financial and liquidity needs of the company.Contacting providers and clients to discuss their accounts.Protects organization's value by keeping information confidentialPrevious experience required:Experience in SAP R3 / 4HANNA, FIORIExperience working with electronic banking systems would be an asset.Experience making international wire transfers, issuing direct debits, downloading bank statements, invoice financing and in general bank transactions would be an asset.Experience in the field of pharmaceuticals would be an asset.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.Excellent level of English and Spanish.Excellent computer skills, advanced in Excel.Skills:Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.Highly responsible, disciplined, proactive, dynamic and methodical individual.Attention to detail.Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.Enthusiasm to join a young and growing company in the pharmaceuticalindustry.
