-Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema SAP, incluyendo actualizaciones, parches y monitoreo del rendimiento.
-Proveer soporte técnico a los usuarios internos, resolviendo incidencias relacionadas con SAP y sus módulos.
-Administrar roles y autorizaciones en SAP para garantizar el acceso adecuado a los datos.
-Actuar como punto de contacto entre los equipos de TI y los usuarios finales para problemas relacionados con el sistema.
-Crear y mantener desarrollos personalizados para adaptar el sistema a las necesidades del negocio.
-Establecer integraciones entre SAP y otros.
Gestionar interfaces y procesos de intercambio de datos.
Requisitos Requisitos.
-Al menos 5 años de experiencia en SAP Business ONE, incluyendo personalización y configuración, en empresas de consultoría, o en cliente interno de empresas de manufactura o retail.
-Ingles nivel B2 -Experiencia demostrada en la integración de SAP con sistemas externos como Salesforce, empresas de logística, y software de TPV.
-Familiaridad con herramientas de integración como B1i o alternativas similares.
-Experiencia con SQL, Crystal Reports y el SDK de SAP Business One.
-Conocimiento sólido en módulos de manufactura, inventarios y finanzas.
-Conocimientos básicos de APIs REST/JSON y protocolos de intercambio de datos (EDI, XML, etc.).
-Certificación en SAP Business One valorable.
-Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
-Buena capacidad de comunicación, persona analítica, creativa y orientada a resolver problemas.
