The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, installing and maintaining IT equipment, and escalating complex problems to higher support levels when needed.
Candidates should have at least 3 year of experience in IT support, proficiency in Windows systems, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, high English level required.
