Payroll Technician     The opportunity    We are looking for a professional to provide support in the management of the client portfolio by calculating payroll (monthly, extra, arrears) and Social Security (RLT, RNT), filing quarterly/annual forms with the AEAT as well as Labour Advice if necessary.
As a member of our team in the EY GDS office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches.
You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.
Your key responsibilities  Preparation and elaboration of payrolls  Assistance and management in the movements of high, low, variation, etc.
before the Social Security  Advising on labour matters (warning letters, settlements, dismissal letters, etc.)    Skills and attributes for success  Ability to work in a team  Analytical and synthetic capacity  Proactivity and problem solving  Interpersonal and communication skills      To qualify for the role, you must have  Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources; Degree in Law or similar   Good skills in English (oral and written communication)  Proficiency in Office Package  Knowledge of SAP  Knowledge of A3 NOM/A3 EQUIPO, META4, SILTRA (Any of them)       What we look for     We are interested in hiring a proactive professional who will work effectively as an international team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress and relevant matters.
