UI DESIGNER

FIRMA is looking for a full-time UI DesignerWe are a branding communication agency focusing on strategic consulting with an authentic and multidisciplinary team of more than 50 people.
What are we looking for?The ideal candidate should be proactive and have an eye for clean and artful design, possess UX/UI skills and create beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.Someone with a large dose of creativity, passion for design and advertising, and the ability to work within a team and bring fresh ideas.  Responsibilities
Create diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviorsDesign the information architecture, interface, and interaction flow of the web and mobile digital experienceDesign new product features, from concept to final designResearch for new ideas and look for solutions to complex problemsCollaborate with project managers and clientsWork with UX/UI designers to implement attractive designsWork together with developers to implement design ideas
RequirementsA portfolio and samples of shipped work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered, customer-focused design solutions3+ years of experience as a product designer, user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar roleProficiency in English, excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Team player able to solve problems proactively, creatively, and effectivelyDeep knowledge in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong understanding of usability principles and techniquesExperience with a variety of design tools including Figma, Adobe suiteExperience planning and leading user validation testsStrong organizational skillsData-driven design mindsetHighly appreciated: Experience writing HTML/CSS/JS & Webflow knwoledge.Is this you?
