UI UX DESIGNER

Join a thriving environment tasked with delivering new and disruptive technologies!We are looking for a senior User Interface (UI) & User Experience (UX) designer to work on defining user experiences and designing interactive user interfaces for next generation platform that will enable holographic experiences in real time.If you have a clear understanding of the balance between functional and aesthetic design, are open to re-imagining how customers will navigate and engage with holograms in immersive digital environments and have experience delivering customer-centric interactive products and solutions to the market as part of multidisciplinary and international team, this role is especially for you.Responsibilities:As part of the TMRW group you will:Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.Work closely with product owners, software architects and development teams to design and implement customer-centric user interfaces.Collaborate with development teams to implement UI mock-ups and prototypes.Create original graphic designs.Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to prepare marketing material and collaterals to be used on our website and different social media networks.Participate in QA activities to identify and troubleshoot UX problems.Review UX & UI based on user feedback.Test and validate your ideas and prototypes with end-users to improve the usability and value of your solutions.Communicate your ideas, concepts, and customer insights to stakeholders.Qualifications:8+ years of proven UX/UI design experience with deep experience on user navigations and interactions for immersive and interactive 3D applications.Experience bringing at least 2 digital products to market (to be provided as references with your application).Degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Service Design, HCI or other related field.Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and more as a means of communicating design ideas.A good understanding of human-centred design, service design, design thinking methodologies, and the confidence to use different methods and approaches within an iterative and collaborative lean design process.A flexible and open mindset.English working proficiency and communication skills (verbal and written).Nice to have:Experience designing immersive user experiences on augmented, virtual or mixed reality.Spanish fluency.Not quite what you were looking for?
