Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.UX DesignerBenefits: Flexible Working, Pension, Extra Holiday Purchase Scheme, & Many More.Role Context: As part of the Customer Solutions Group the UX Designer is required to create user centric experience for digital platforms.You'll be:Required to employ an overall UX strategy, to align all user touchpoints with an informed vision for an overall user experience.Designing solid information architecture (IA), to organise potentially complex information in an understandable and accessible manner.Designing personas, scenarios, sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.Planning and moderating various UX and design thinking and sprint workshops, iterate and consolidate the outcomes.Sketching and delivering presentations and posters.Conducting usability studies such as card sorting, system usability and heuristic evaluation, as well as other forms of user testing (as required) to uncover key usability flawsCoordinating with UI design lead on issues like navigation, page routing and product design.Developing mock-ups for the development and design team.Planning and conducting user research and competitor analysis.Interpreting data and qualitative feedback.Conducting usability testing.Qualifications - InternalYou'll have:Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training Bachelor’s degree in designBS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related is considered an asset.At least 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design.Superior knowledge of all Adobe products, including InDesign and IllustratorCore Competencies UX and design thinking methods – Demonstrated understanding of how people interact with products or concepts and the ability to develop solutions related to those interactions.Process Design - including Behaviour, Emotion, Interaction and Service DesignCuriosity and continuous learning – A willingness to search for ways to enhance the lives of the user by listening more than you speak and looking at problems from multiple angles.Managing Performance – Proactive, self-starter. Commitment to tackling obstacles, establishing aggressive goals and supporting the team to achieve them.People Orientation – Ability to deploy sensing and intuitive skill to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. Bias toward collaboration and interest in the success of colleagues.Integrity – Understanding that clients, colleagues and partners are on a shared journey.
