What you’ll do The Unified Communications & Voice Solution Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving the sales of UC and Voice solutions to our SME and Enterprise Customers.
The role will be to promote and sell Vodafone’s UC products and services, enabling Organisations to enhance their communication and collaboration capabilities.
This role requires a good understanding of UC technologies, excellent communication skills and a passion for clients helping to optimise their communication infrastructure.
They will lead on all customer interaction concerning the solutions proposed and sold.
You will be responsible for systematically landscaping SME accounts to understand their business goals and needs, by having comprehensive Business Ready Conversations to nurture sales pipeline.
In this role you will engage with customers' buying centres and build solutions tailored to the customers' needs, closing the sale.
You must align to market trends and ensure that the customer is fully aware of our Product portfolio.
Additionally, you will be expected to train the team, where applicable, on knowledge gaps within our solutions portfolio, as well as product updates, whilst supporting management on the delivery of yearly targets and core KPI’s associated to our solutions sales section of Digital Sales.
Drive the sales process from prospecting to deal closure by identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential customers and presenting UC portfolio of solutions.
Create, identify and qualify selling opportunities by the preparation of high quality, accurate proposals and quotations for customers.

Who you are 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling Unified Communications products and services.

Exhibits outstanding ability of successfully deploying the right Solution Selling strategies required to reach line of business decision makers and to close large complex transformative deals Strong understanding of UC technologies and collaboration platforms Understanding of Microsoft Licensing Environments Understanding of SIP environments and solutions Understand of networking & IP Growth Mindset.
Ability to overcome and work around problems that are inevitable in rapidly growing businesses - positive approach to problem solving, learning, and development of potential Efficiently collaborates across multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
