The ideal candidate should have a strong background in driving workshopping sessions while using Figma.As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces that meet business requirements and ensure a smooth user experience.Responsibilities:Drive design workshop sessions to effectively scope and prioritize user needs/featuresWalk through the design process, presenting outputs and iterating on any further design/feature requestsDevelop User flows, Sketches, Wireframes & Clickable prototypes (Figma)Develop user-centered designs based on business requirements and user needsDevelop user flows, sketches, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes (Figma) to communicate design concepts and user flowsEnsure that designs are responsive and accessible to all usersRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with expertise in FigmaExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
