QUALIFICATIONS 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design and development, particularly with data visualization preferably in the agriculture industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
Portfolio showcasing redesign projects, emphasizing user-centered design and problem-solving in complex applications Proficiency with Design Thinking, Agile, and design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with managing project tasks using Azure DevOps or similar tools Strong and presentation communication skills, able to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional and external teams Good understanding of UX/UI principles, The Client portal standards including accessibility standards and digital marketing BENEFITS Responsibility from day one in a challenging work environment and \"on-the-job\" training as part of a committed team.
