UX RESEARCHER

From ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for our next UX Researchers to cooperate with our partner, global leader in B2B IT Travel.You would work in an hybrid mode in Madrid (location : Arturo Soria/Ventas) and with flexible hours (intensive in summer and on friday...).Your mission would be to :Create the UX strategyWork with the intrapreneur and other stakeholders to develop a business vision based on markets dynamics, ecosystem participants, end user and traveler needsContinuously influence, via research data and proof-points, the scope and direction of the project to generate to ensure desirability and impact on the marketPlan and run UX ResearchTake an open question, an identified pain point or gain creator and translate it into testable hypothesis. Define and execute the research protocol to test the hypothesis. Examples: contextual and individual interviews, field research (eg, shadowing, observation), exploratory surveysGet feedback on mock-ups, prototypes, MVPs from users via quantitative and qualitative methods you will define and execute (eg, participatory design, card sorting, mock-up walkthroughs, protype or product user testing, qualitative and quantitative A/B testing)Conduct competitive and comparative research and analysis to complement end user data pointsBased on research analysis: Generate actionable reports, define personas, experience maps and end user/customer journeysDefine good quality user experiencePlan and facilitate ideation design sessions with the project team to inject UX research findings in the design processBased on research findings and workshop outcomes, formalize flows and how to best test potential solutionsEnsure a good synergy within the teamsInteract closely with the team to co-design the research questions and experiments, as well as potential solutionsCommunicate actionable research findingsEvangelize good UX practicesOur requirements would be :Education & Qualifications: Master in ergonomics/psychology or equivalent.Fluent in EnglishA significant experience as a UX Researcher as well as a strong knowledge on tools and techniques (e.g. field research, heuristic reviews, usability testing, benchmarking, card sorts, low-fidelity prototyping methods), and know the strengths and weaknesses of each.Experience in UX design is a plusYou enjoy working in a friendly, fast-paced team environment, you are proactive and comfortable sharing ideasYou are a natural problem solver with creativity and good communicationYou have excellent project management and organizational skills and you can work collaboratively and productively and as well as independently.A portfolio showcasing your work is expected.What we can offer youDiscovering a stimulating and friendly working environment globally and in MadridExperimenting a start-up mindset in a global tech company with many experts and professionalsBeing part of a dynamic team, highly motivated with a great sense of achievementBeing a strong UX voice in the product development lifecycleInvolving real users as part of your jobLearning new things everydayGetting an attractive salaryIf you are interested in the position, please share your detailed CV in english at dvelasquezmarcano@astek.es and abernard@astek.es and we'll try to answer you as soon as possible.
