Job DescriptionAbout the role:At NURUN we are looking for a 100% digital UX/UI Designer profile, who will work as part of the current Experience Design department, currently made up of 9 people. We are looking for someone with a hybrid profile, strong in UX-UI, but with knowledge of the research area of the Service and Product design processes.How you’d spend your day:In-depth knowledge of the Figma tool and of creating design systems and interaction animations with it. Creation of architectures and taxonomies, navigation flows, prototyping, interaction design and UI/Visual design.Execution of heuristic analyses, design assessments and audits.Knowledge and execution of Design Thinking dynamics.Participation and execution of user research: interviews, user tests, card sorting, tree testing, focus groups, etc.QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:More than 3 years of experience in related positions.Expert level in Figma, and experience in other design and research software.Communication skills, both oral and written, to defend the proposals made.Analytical thinking, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Strategic vision and innovative spirit.High level of English (C1 or equivalent)Portfolio with examples of work showing each stage of the projects: research and discovery process, ideation, architecture, prototyping, design, design system, validation...And above all, optimism, good mood and a desire to work as a team :)Notions of accessibilityWe think you’re awesome if you:Knowledge of UX WrittingProject management experienceAdditional InformationAdditional requirements: Why join us?
