Who are you? You’re a creative and pragmatic UX/UI designer who balances beautiful design with real-world practicality.
You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, where projects evolve quickly, and you're comfortable adapting to regular iterations.
Flexibility is your strength—you move seamlessly between tasks, from user research to wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, always with a focus on delivering value to the user.
Collaboration is at the heart of how you work.
You partner closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the entire design process—whether it’s conducting research, crafting user flows or building polished interface mockups and prototypes.
You’re ready to switch gears when priorities shift and skilled at negotiating solutions that balance user experience, business needs, and technical constraints.
You anticipate what users need, advocate for their best experience, and aim to surprise and delight with each interaction.
You’re not just designing interfaces—you’re shaping how users interact with the tools that move global trade forward.
Responsibilities Understand product specifications and user behaviors Conduct user research and usability testing with a user-centered design approach to gather actionable feedback.
Make data-driven design decisions, balancing user insights, business goals and technical constraints.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and QA to ensure seamless execution from design to implementation.
Agility when moving from an idea to execution and flexibility for different levels of iteration Efficiently prioritize and manage several projects and milestones, demonstrating flexibility in responding to shifting timelines and evolving requirements.
Ensure that visual designs are accurately translated into the final product during development and testing.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements Basic requirements 3+ years of experience in hands-on UX and Product design Self-motivation and the ability to work independently Problem-solving aptitude and a team player Degree in Design (e.
.
ux, interaction, graphic, visual communications, product) Portfolio of UX and Design work for desktop and mobile applications  Experience working with the following tools.
Figma, Figjam, Jira Advanced English skills with excellent speaking and writing skills Experience working in a collaborative agile environment (Scrum, Kanban) Preferred requirements.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus Experience with Fullstory, Photoshop or similar What you will be offered at Webcargo Location.
