This is a unique opportunity to work in a cutting-edge sector being responsible for the overall branding of the company as well as acting as a creative design consultant in Business Intelligence Projects that range from classic BI to Big Data and Predictive Analytics.As a UX/UI Designer, your main responsibility will be designing and optimizing dashboards, ensuring that data is presented clearly, efficiently, and aesthetically. You will collaborate closely with data analysts, developers, and business leaders to transform complex datasets into user-friendly interfaces that drive strategic decision-making.ResponsibilitiesDashboard Design: Create user-centered dashboard designs that provide clear, actionable insights while maintaining aesthetic appeal.Data Visualization: Translate complex datasets into easy-to-understand visualizations, including charts, graphs, and other data representations.User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability tests, and gather feedback to ensure the best user experience for our dashboards and other data tools.Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and business needs.Prototyping & Wireframing: Build interactive wireframes and prototypes for dashboards and data tools to communicate design concepts effectively.UI Consistency: Responsible for creating and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across all dashboards and data-driven interfaces. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance dashboard designs and improve user engagement.RequirementsDegree in Graphic Design3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on creating user-friendly interfaces and data visualizations.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including examples of dashboards, reports, and interactive prototypes.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including conducting user research, creating personas, and mapping user journeys.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to iterate on designs based on user feedback.Our offer to you!Enjoy an excellent work environment where people love what they do.Be part of an international, ambitious and hard-working team while having fun.23 days of vacation + 24th and 31st of December
