Job Summary.
The Supply Chain Visualization & Product Development Logistics Analyst is responsible for analysing and optimizing supply chain processes, supporting product development logistics, and utilizing advanced visualization tools to enhance transparency and decision-making.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations and successful product launches.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain analytics, logistics, and data visualization.
Based at our Bengaluru India corporate office, you will report directly to the Data & Insights Leader for ISC​   Key Responsibilities.
Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track supply chain performance.
Support the logistics aspects of product development, including procurement, production, and distribution.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Assist in managing product development timelines, budgets, and resources.
Utilize advanced visualization tools (e.
., Tableau, Power BI) to create dashboards and reports that provide insights into supply chain and product development performance.
Present data findings and visualizations to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all visualizations and reports.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, product development, and finance, to understand their data needs and requirements.
Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve supply chain and product development processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and product development logistics.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain and product development activities.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications.
·        Education.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
·        Experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, or a related field.
Key Competencies.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ERP systems (e.
., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis languages is a plus.
