· Give a warm welcome our guests · Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner · Empathy with the guest to make them feel confident.
· Control and responsibility over all guests’ communications with the club.
· Perfect knowledge of all the services offered.
· Support the team in the F&B service.
What are we looking for? To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow.
Previous experience in this position in a gastronomic restaurant or similar.
Availability to work a split shift schedule (lunch and dinner service).
