Read on.Warehouse CoordinatorWe are looking for a warehouse coordinator to optimize and coordinate the daily operations of the shipping process in an outsourced warehouse, working closely with the logistics provider. Ensure that products are efficiently prepared, packed, and shipped in accordance with quality standards and established deadlines while promoting sustainable and responsible practices. Maintaining constant communication with both internal and external teams is essential to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesSupervision of the Shipping Process: Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the shipping process, ensuring that products are shipped efficiently and on time.Management of External Supplier Relationships: Manage and maintain fluid communication with the logistics provider regarding shipments, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met. Resource Planning: Plan and optimize the resources needed for the shipping process, ensuring proper and efficient allocation.Incident Management: Identify and resolve any incidents related to shipments, minimizing the impact on delivery deadlines and maintaining service quality.Special Customer Shipping Projects: Coordinate and manage special shipping projects for customers, ensuring that their specific needs and expectations are met.Management of Extracommunitary Documentation (DOC): Supervise and manage the documentation required for extracommunitary shipments, ensuring compliance with international customs and transportation regulations.Continuous Process Improvement: Implement, document, and promote continuous improvement of the shipping processes by identifying areas of opportunity, optimizing procedures, and ensuring constant progress in efficiency, quality, and sustainability at all stages of the process.Skills for the Position Previous experience in logistics, warehouse management, or distribution, preferably in coordinating shipping processes.Knowledge of managing relationships with outsourced service providers.Ability to work in a team, coordinate multiple tasks effectively, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.Attention to detail.Ability to manage change and proactively solve problems in a dynamic environment.Commitment to sustainability. Advanced knowledge of Excel.Knowledge of SAP is a plus.Requirements for the PositionDegree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.Minimum of 3 years in similar warehouse or logistics coordination roles, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.Advanced knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
