- Control de productividades, KPIs, backlog y capacidad de producción.
- Resolución de incidencias, toma de decisiones, monitorizar el flujo de trabajo.
- Buscar alternativas para conseguir reducir los tiempos de producción y aportar ideas creativas para la mejora del trabajo.
- Gestión del presupuesto de almacén, control de gastos, gestión de las peticiones de pago.
- Coordinación de los equipos de recepción/check-in, preparación de muestras (plancha y bodegón) y check-out.
- Mejora contínua de procesos, herramientas y espacios de trabajo.
- Formación, seguimiento y evaluación del trabajo del equipo.
️¿Qué estamos buscando? - Conocimientos avanzados de Excel - Experiencia previa en management de equipos - Buenas habilidades de comunicación - Buena adaptación a un entorno cambiante - Actitud proactiva, positiva y enérgica Español.
