Chem-Aqua is a world-leading provider of industrial water treatment solutions operating at the forefront of the industry. In order to provide the best service to our customers, we continuously invest to respond to the market with a highly qualified team and a number of patented technologies to ensure that we achieve our objectives.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the business in their area, as well as enhancing services to existing customers. He/she will help to achieve the activity levels to meet the respective growth targets and additional requirements.The new team member will receive a strong technical / commercial support and training to enable professional growth and rapid integration into the business. We will succeed together!RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain and provide service in the assigned accounts. Counting for this with material and specialized equipment for water analysis, as well as laboratory analysis support.Identify new sales opportunities and their development.Coordinate technical/commercial meetings at the client's facilities.Monitoring and compliance with established activity objectives.Technical advice on assigned clients.Customer and service management.Availability to travel within the National territory to give support to other colleagues, in a timely manner, if necessary.APPLICANT REQUIREMENTSKNOWLEDGE• Knowledge in the treatment of cooling towers, boilers,etc... .• EThe experience in the operation and handling of dosing and control equipment (pumps, panels, probes, etc…)• Solid experience in relationships at company level.• Ability to perform water analysis at the client's facilities, interpretation and reporting of results.• Proven networking skills, demonstrating a clear ability to build client relationships, based on professionalism and commitment.• Demonstrated ability to develop solutions (consultative sales approach).• A good knowledge of risk prevention policies and practices is essential. As well as an important commitment with them.• Ability to work as a team, in an environment where the human aspect and support among colleagues is paramount.• Knowledge of English will be a plus.TRAINING• Training and experience in disciplines in accordance with the services offered is a plus.• Sales training and experience is a plus.• It will be valued very positively to have notions of electricity and plumbing.• Valid driver's license is mandatory.• It is essential to have great enthusiasm and desire to grow professionally, receiving training in the technical and commercial field.• Knowledge and user level management of Word, Excel, etc..• Very valuable to have the certificate of professionalism in the field of Legionella control.OTHER ADDITIONAL INFORMATION• Company vehicle• Computer, phone, tablet, credit card• Highly competitive commission policy in addition to the fixed salary• Flexible compensation availableWHAT MAKES AN APPLICANT SUCCESSFUL?The selected candidate will be part of a very dynamic team in the process of expansion, with ample possibilities for development and growth.
