YOUR MISSION Are you a master of communication, with a talent for crafting engaging content? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? As our Courier Web and Comms Content Specialist, you’ll have the chance to create compelling content that resonates with our couriers, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage localization needs.
Ready to take on a new challenge and make an impact? Join us on this exciting ride at Glovo! THE JOURNEY Develop engaging and informative content for courier communications, serving as templates for courier support interaction; Ensure all content remains updated and relevant by regularly reviewing and updating existing materials; Coordinate with localization teams to ensure content is effectively translated and adapted for different markets and languages within our courier cluster; Work closely with our legal team to ensure all communication materials comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Serve as a point of contact for legal review and approval of communication content; Coordinate content-related tasks with other departments; Gather feedback from local teams and stakeholders to improve content quality and effectiveness continuously; Collaborate closely with the LiveOps Content team to accurately represent and execute the department's communication strategy through content creation; Work closely with the UX team to ensure that content aligns with the messaging and tone of voice within the app, enhancing the overall user experience; WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Full verbal and written proficiency in English; Proficiency in Spanish or another language is highly desirable; Previous working experience as a communications specialist for at least 2 years; Proven experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading, and editing; Significant experience managing support content/copies for a large customer-facing entity; Significant experience with project and stakeholder management – the capability to understand the content impact; Experience with localization providers and localization services/tools; Be a self-starter who can identify needs and move swiftly to address them; Individuals representing diverse profiles, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
