HE ROLEWe are seeking a talented and driven Webflow developer to join our growing team.
You will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our website, ensuring optimal user experience (UX) and performance, while planning and executing a robust SEO strategy.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Webflow, strong English communication skills, and a strategic mindset for SEO across multiple fronts.
ESPONSIBILITIESWebsite Management.
Oversee the user experience (UX) and customer journey on the website, ensuring seamless navigation and an optimized customer path on all devices.
Manage requests from internal teams to implement design and content changes on the website via Webflow.
Work with CMS collections and animations to enhance interactivity and engagement.
Conduct user research and implement UX improvements based on insights and best practices.
SEO Strategy & Execution.
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve rankings, organic traffic, and visibility.
Optimize website content with on-page SEO best practices (metadata, internal linking, content structuring, etc.).
Oversee off-page SEO efforts, including backlink building and outreach.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting.
Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Amplitude, and other tools to track website performance and report it to the rest of the team.
Analyze traffic trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
