Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior Integration Consultant to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams in Spain, that collaborate with other teams in the Netherlands and work with international clients across Europe.You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex integration solutions that bridge the gap between various systems and applications. You will work with IBM WebSphere technologies, focusing on the integration layer, ensuring seamless communication across multiple platforms.What you will do:Develop and implement robust integration solutions using IBM WebSphere (MQ) and WebSphere Application Servers;Work extensively on AIX, WebSphere MQ, and WebSphere Application Servers to ensure smooth system integration;Understand and evaluate the impact of technical integrations on end-customer processes, ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs;Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical jargon into clear, understandable language;Provide 24/7 support, ensuring the stability and performance of integration solutions, including being on-call as required.What you are like:8+ years of experience in integration consulting, with a focus on integration layers and middleware solutions;Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere (MQ) and WebSphere Application Servers;Experience working on AIX systems;Strong analytical skills to assess and understand how integrations impact overall business processes;Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear and concise terms for non-technical stakeholders;Experience working with large corporations and understanding the complexities of enterprise-level integrations;Availability for on-call support, ensuring 24/7 system stability and performance;Proficient in English.Why join usWork on challenging projects for big clientsLearn more about emerging technologiesPossibility of working remotelyDesign your career planAccess to continuous training and certificationsEvolve through our internal mobility program… and much more!
