WINE SOMMELIER

You will work closely with our culinary team to create perfect wine pairings and contribute to a refined and sophisticated dining environment.
Key Responsibilities.
Wine Selection and Curation.
Develop and maintain a diverse and high-quality wine list, including rare and unique selections.
Establish and manage relationships with wine suppliers and distributors.
Guest Experience.
Offer personalized wine recommendations and pairings based on guest preferences, dining choices, and occasions.
Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for guests, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of wine.
Staff Training.
Train restaurant and service staff on wine knowledge, tasting techniques, and proper service standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality wine experience.
Wine Service.
Oversee the proper storage, handling, and presentation of wines.
