In this new edition of the Desigual Young Talent Program you will have the opportunity to develop professionally as a Franchises and Travel Retail for 12 months.

What are we looking for? A university degree related to Administration, Marketing, or related fields (desirable).
Professional experience.
Creative, proactive people, willing to generate changes and propose innovative solutions.
Sensitivity for the fashion and retail sector.
Residence in BCN or surrounding area.
High level of English.
Other languages are a plus.
Immediate incorporation Channel Dedication.
(initially) - 70% Travel Retail - 30% Franchises   What will your role be?   Administrative Management.
Support the management of documentation and procedures related to Travel Retail and franchise operations.
Assist in the search for potential partners.
Maintain updated and organized databases.
Help in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Operational Management.
Collaborate in the implementation of operational procedures and policies.
Assist in basic training for teams.
Support in company showrooms by client (twice a year).
Organizing products Helping to prepare the day’s agenda and necessary materials.
Supervise proper product display and compliance with brand standards.
Partner Relations.
Provide support and resolve simple inquiries from different partners.
Collaborate in managing daily incidents.
Research and Analysis.
Conduct research on market trends and competition.
Assist in the analysis of sales data and product performance.
Marketing and Promotion.
Assist in preparing promotional materials.
Collaborate in the implementation of suitable marketing materials for this segment.
