What are we looking for? A university degree related to finance, business administration, or similar.
Professional experience.
Creative, proactive people, willing to generate changes and propose innovative solutions.
Sensitivity for the fashion and retail sector.
Residence in BCN or surrounding area.
High level of English.
Other languages are a plus.
Immediate incorporation   What will your role be? Support in analyzing sales data and market trends to develop seasonal strategies.
Collaborate with the strategy team to identify opportunities to improve store performance.
Assist in planning and executing retail campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Create reports and presentations on seasonal performance for key stakeholders.
Support in coordinating activities between marketing, product design, and operations teams to ensure the success of seasonal strategies.
Research competitors and consumer behavior to enhance decision-making.
