Our solutions are designed to support diverse industries—including telecommunications, manufacturing and public safety—enabling them to unlock new possibilities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a 5G Mission Critical Engineer at Telcaria Ideas SL in Leganés, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to helping in the operation and integration of 5G mission-critical communication services with public safety systems. The engineer will aid in the analysis of (i) the analysis of the network coverage currently offered by the MNO, (ii) the analysis of the resilience of the infrastructure against natural disasters and other hazards, (iii) the integration of the use of tactical bubbles in the operational procedures, (iv) the development of a migration plan from LMR networks to 5G MCX and (v) the design of new/enhanced solutions that exploit the capabilities offered by the 5G services.Required QualificationsUniversity degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldExperience working with cellular networks and network designStrong Problem-Solving and Analytical SkillsGood Communication and Collaboration AbilitiesDesired QualificationsProficiency in 5G Network Protocols and StandardsExperience with Mission-Critical Communication SystemsExperience with LMR technology (TETRA, DMR)Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
