ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE WITH FLUENT LEVEL OF GERMAN
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Realiza tareas de contabilidad de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos.
Prestar servicios financieros, administrativos y de oficina para garantizar el
pago eficiente, puntual y exacto por parte de los clientes.
Aufgaben
-Contacto diario sobre las cuentas por cobrar (no reclama impagados).
-Supervisar las retenciones de crédito para garantizar el pago puntual de las facturas.
-Prestar apoyo en relación a la preparación, recopilación, cotejo y distribución de información sobre cuentas de clientes.
-Investigar datos y elaborar informes.
-Realizar comprobaciones de crédito y ayudar a evaluar la solvencia de los clientes.
-Mantenimiento de la base de datos y de la antigüedad de las cuentas
-Abordar de forma proactiva las facturas impagadas, los reembolsos y los ajustes de cuentas.
-Gestión interna con comerciales.
Qualifikation
-2 años de experiencia en puesto similar.
-Alemán nativo o avanzado y valorable nivel alto de inglés.
-Español avanzado.
-Se valorará licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía o similar.
-Experiencia administrativo, finanzas y contabilidad
