At APWireless, we value people, integrity, and excellence, fostering a dynamic work environment supporting personal and professional growth.About the role:As an AP Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately tracking and recording cash flow, ensuring efficient and detailed control of the company’s financial operations.What will you do?Review and record vendor invoices to ensure billing accuracy.Process employee expense reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies.Maintain an updated list of approved vendors to prevent unauthorized payments.Assist in resolving issues that may delay the ordering of goods/services or the timely payment of invoices.Support the customer service needs of internal business partners.Organize, record, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents.Provide audit assistance for internal and external purposes as needed.Regularly update the deposit log and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports.Reconcile supplier statements.What are we looking for?Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.Experience: 0-3 years in a similar role.Languages: Proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2+).Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong understanding of general ledger systems and accounts payable processing.Accounting and Tax Compliance experience would be a plus.
