Job Title: Ad Ops Specialist CTVThis role is based in BarcelonaCompany Overview:The company in question is heading towards rapid expansion across Europe, unique in the fact they are an independent CTV OS, able to integrate FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV.Job Overview:We are seeking a CTV Ad Operations Specialist to optimise the value of CTV supply partners through effective yield management. This role involves managing key accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and focusing on programmatic buying and revenue targets.The ideal candidate will have experience in CTV advertising, media, account management, or yield optimisation. You will report to the VP of Advertising and collaborate closely with the ad operations and supply teams.Job Responsibilities:● Implement Yield Management strategies to maximise ROI of the CTV supply partners● Key point of contact for the supply partners, addressing all concerns, maximising campaign performance, and identifying new ways to grow● Ensure the delivery of campaigns meets the client’s goals, by consistently analysing the campaign’s performance data● Fluid communications with sales and account management● Keeping up with industry trendsRequired Qualifications:● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Ad Operations, or a similar role● Proficient in Yield Management● Strong communication skills, including the interpersonal skills to help grow relationships with CTV partners● Strong understanding of Programmatic buying and real time bidding Processes (RTB)Reasons to apply:● The opportunity to join a well-funded start-up company, and be influential in its adolescent phase● To develop professionally in a company that is pipped for rapid expansion, with the potential to impact millions● Work in a diverse and international environmentWe are not able to get back to every application (although we will try).
