IT SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES ENGINEER

Leading Company in Its Sector Seeks to Hire an IT Systems and Processes Engineer.Role ResponsibilitiesMaintain and execute effective procedures related to networks, telecommunications, software, hardware, and servers to support daily operations.Maintain and execute an effective process to monitor, detect, and resolve security and performance issues in networks, desktop equipment, and communications.Identify infrastructure needs and proactively advise on infrastructure solutions.Identify gaps in systems and emerging technologies and recommend changes and adoptions.Manage vendors in the acquisition, implementation, and adoption of new tools and applications.Implement network updates with minimal business disruption.Provide reports to appropriate personnel on the effectiveness of IT infrastructure procedures.Minimum Requirements (M/F/X)University degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent through education and/or work experience.3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and IT business processes.Proven success in identifying gaps in systems and emerging technologies that support accuracy, productivity, and business growth.Demonstrated ability to deliver a project or multiple projects on time, from concept to implementation.Proven track record of successful working relationships with clients, vendors, and other internal and external contacts.Demonstrated and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office.Availability to travel, both nationally and internationally, less than 5%, sometimes with limited notice.Highly Valued Requirements5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and IT processes.Proven experience with Office 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and email administration.Proven experience in help desk operations.Proven experience in automation using Microsoft Intune.Proven experience in security policies and frameworks, including NIST SP 800-171 and PRISMA.Proven experience in a recognized business process methodology.
