That’s why we’re looking for an Accounting Administrative Specialist intern to join our team.  What is Locker in the City all about?Our mission is simple: let everyone enjoy the city without worrying about their luggage. Whether you’re a tourist, backpacker, business traveler, or even a local, we want to give you the freedom to make the most of your time, hands-free.  We’ve digitized luggage storage services, bringing smart lockers to city centers. Our fully automated lockers operate 24/7 without any on-site staff, making life easier for users—especially tourists who need storage before check-in or after check-out.  But this is just the beginning. Our technology has so many applications, and we’re currently in the midst of rapid growth and expansion. To keep connected, we use a **virtual office in Gather’s metaverse**, recreating the feel of a traditional office in a digital space.  You’ll enjoy a 4-day workweek with 36 hours distributed across four days. Weekends are always 3 days long.To promote transparency and communication, we hold daily stand-ups, monthly 1:1 meetings, all-hands meetings, and biannual performance reviews.  🙌 Flexibility, Responsibility, and AutonomyWe believe in flexible schedules where you manage your time effectively, ensuring focus and meeting objectives. Your suggestions and ideas will be valued from day one.  🚀 Compensation, Growth, and Benefits- Competitive salary aligned with your experience and annual performance-based reviews.  - PayFlex: Flexible benefits for meals, transportation, childcare, healthcare, etc.  - Payflow: Access to payroll advances with just a click, free of charge.  - Opportunities for training and professional growth—we support your learning journey if it aligns with our goals.  - 23 business days of vacation per year + your birthday off!  What are we looking for?We’re searching for someone with at least 1 years of experience in accounting departments or accounting firms.  Skills & Preferences:  - Familiarity with various tools, such as accounting software and ERP systems.  - A high level of English proficiency (minimum C1) and preferably other languages (French and/or Italian).  - Analytical thinkers who thrive on challenges and learning.  - Proactive individuals eager to propose innovative solutions and adapt to change.  What will your day-to-day look like?Reporting to our CFO, you’ll help to manage the company’s accounting operations in Spain and coordinate external financial consultants abroad. You’ll also collaborate on administrative tasks with other departments.  Key Responsibilities:  - Record invoices, expenses, payroll, social security, etc.  - Coordinate with external accounting firms in different countries.  - Verify budgets and invoices.  - Supervise and update financial documentation in internal systems.  - Work with other teams to ensure smooth financial information flow.  - Support tasks related to policies, credit, insurance, etc.  - Assist in financial reporting and preparing tax filings.  Selection ProcessOur hiring process has 4 stages:  1. CFO Interview: Learn about our company, role details, and resolve any doubts while sharing your experience, expectations, and motivations.  2. Manager Interview: Meet two of our managers to discuss company vision and ensure a mutual fit.  3. Team Interview: Talk to two team members who’ll evaluate your fit and provide insights into daily work.  4.
