Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Jornada laboral de Lunes a Viernes.
Condiciones: salario fijo + comisión por facturación de oficina + comisión por personal shopper + comisión por captación.
Tareas
● Atención al cliente - presencial y telefónica
● Organización de la agenda del departamento comercial y dirección
● Publicación de los pisos en portales de inmobiliarios y web propia
● Actualización de escaparate
● Gestión de documentación, notas simples y contratos
● Montaje de expedientes de venta y alquiler
● Organización de firmas en notaría
● Captación de inmuebles
Requisitos
Experiencia Laboral (Preferiblemente en el sector inmobiliario)
Dominio de Paquete Office.
Conocimientos en CRM inmobiliario.
Conocimientos de Google Workspace.
Beneficios
