#Conectamoseltalentoconlasoportunidades Desde IMAN TEMPORING TARRAGONA ofrecemos un puesto de administrativo/va para un laboratorio ubicado en Reus.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? + Atención a clientes y proveedores, y visitas en la recepción.
+ Control y recepción de mercancías entrantes, incluyendo la gestión de albaranes.
+ Registro de altas de clientes y proveedores.
+ Seguimiento y control del registro de presupuestos entregados.
+Control y seguimiento del horario de los trabajadores.
+ Elaboración y registro de facturas a clientes y proveedores.
+ Mantenimiento del libro mayor de ingresos y gastos.
+ Gestión del libro de caja diaria y su cierre.
+ Preparación de resúmenes contables para otras declaraciones fiscales.
¿Qué ofrecemos? + Puesto estable + Incorporación inmediata + Salario.
€ brutos anuales el primer año.
Incremento salarial a partir del segundo y tercer año, según adaptación al puesto y productividad.
+ Formación continua Se valorará.
+ Mínimo CFGS en Administración de Empresas o Contabilidad.
+ 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
+ Residencia en Reus o alrededores.
+ Formación adicional en administración de empresas.
+ Alto nivel en Excel, Word, Access y Dolibar.
