Our publishers can count on revenue streams that are optimized and predictable, so they can continue doing what they do best: inform and entertain global consumers.Role Overview: As the Ads Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our ads operations. You'll handle a variety of tasks ranging from day-to-day ads operations .Responsibilities:Drive operational excellence by understanding the needs of various partners and customers, translating these insights into actionable strategies.Develop, implement, and standardize analytical processes and playbooks to ensure consistent quality in operational activities.Collaborate with key business units, including Operations, Demand, Engineering, and Business Development, to align efforts and achieve shared objectives.Monitor and track operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Oversee and manage the entire onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while adhering to company standards and goals.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a focus on Business or Engineering.2–5 years of experience in operations or business roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment with exposure to high standards and rigorous training.Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset.Proficiency in office productivity tools and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.A high level of professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding company and employee information.Benefits:Working Structure: 4 days in the office / 1 day remote or 3 days in the office / 2 day remoteLocation: Enjoy the opportunity to work from one of the best locations in Barcelona.Additional Benefits: Private Medical Insurance, Internal Perks, Great Coffee, Beverages and Fruit and Weekly Lunches.
