ADVANCED ANALYTICS SPECIALIST

Hello there! We’re  Vodafone Intelligent Solutions  (also known as _VO IS) and we’re looking for an     Advanced Analytics Specialist     Role purpose.
The Advanced Analytics Specialist supports the day-to-day analytical activities of a specific Vodafone Business portfolio.
The role involves sourcing and processing data from multiple sources and translating it into meaningful insights to support the Portfolio Commercial team in managing the performance of their portfolio.
This, in turn, drives action and increases acceleration and growth.
The Specialist works in close collaboration with Portfolio Commercial Managers.
What you’ll do.
Facilitate the collection, cleaning, and transformation of data from multiple internal and external sources.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data through regular quality checks.
Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and implement complex analytical models that respond to problem statements formalized by Portfolio Commercial Managers.
Create advanced reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI.
Apply data visualization best practices to present insights effectively to stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the portfolio.
Provide actionable insights to Portfolio Commercial Managers to inform strategic decisions.
What you’ll bring to the team.
Excellent English is a must Outstanding problem solving skills.
1-3 years of relevant experience in analytical roles.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Comfortable with solving complex problems based on poor-quality data.
Medior level experience with one industry-standard BI tool, preferably Power BI.
Entry-level understanding of RDBMS, cloud-native technologies, virtualization, and Big Data technologies.
Experience with at least one of the following technologies/IDEs.
SQL, Python, C#, Jupyter Notebook, Visual Studio.
Basic knowledge of ETL pipelines, data transformations, and related best practices.
Experience with Object-Oriented Programming, full-stack application development, and orchestration tools is considered an advantage.
