AI APPLICATIONS EXPERT FOR FIELD SERVICE (M\/F\/D)

How You’ll Make an Impact  ·        Identification and analysis of application areas for artificial intelligence (AI) in field service.
·        Development and formulation of use cases that optimize the use of AI in Field Service.
·        Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand technical requirements and business goals and translate them into AI solutions.
·        Conducting feasibility studies and pilot projects to validate the developed use cases.
·        Supporting the implementation and integration of AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
·        Training and support of field service staff in the application and use of AI technologies.
·        Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the implemented AI solutions to ensure target achievement and identify potential for improvement.
What You Bring ·        Degree or equivalent in computer science, data science, engineering or a related field.
·        Several years of professional experience in the field of artificial intelligence, ideally with a focus on industrial applications.
·        Sound knowledge of machine learning, data analysis and algorithm development ·        Experience in the development and implementation of AI solutions in an industrial environment.
·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·        Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
·        Willingness to travel occasionally.
·        Very good knowledge of English written and spoken- German is value ·        Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working coupled with strong partnership and communication skills About the Team Our team has set itself the task of bringing the field service in our company globally up to date with the latest digitalization and automation.
